If you have no sniper rifle, you can try to detonate the explosive barrels near the snipers, but the ammo you waste may disadvantage you against the enemies on the ground. The third sniper only appears when you get close to the section's exit. Aim for them first and down them before you enter the zone and down enemies. The first two snipers in the second section are easy. Without the sniper rifle, you can still get close to the enemy marksmen, but it will harder.
